Downtown Huntington Beach
The area surrounding the Pier has a lot of variety for your housing needs. Generally a high-density area with single family homes, townhomes, and condo’s. Most of these homes will be a walk or short bike ride to the beach.
Southeast Huntington Beach
A desirable area of Huntington Beach because of the proximity to the beaches without the high-density of downtown. Many detached single family tracts, with a few condo/townhome communities. Good schools including Edison High.
Huntington Harbour Area
A diverse waterfront community. Affordable condo’s starting in the $100K’s to large million dollar homes right on the water. Public marinas, good schools, beach close, and a “small town feel” amongst the residents.
North Huntington Beach
This is the most affordable area of Huntington Beach for single family homes. You can get “beach living” at entry level prices. Good neighborhoods, schools, and easier access to the freeways then other HB communities.
