Beachwalk in the City of Huntington Beach is a fantastic community. It is a townhome community located off Goldenwest and just South of Yorktown. It is adjacent to Huntington Beach High School and just a short bike ride or walk to the beach. Beachwalk was built in the early 1970’s and has remained a favorite place to live in Huntington Beach. The community is set up similar to a single family residence neighborhood. There is one large circular loop with small cul de sac streets attached. 
All of the homes offer garages and patios. Most of the homes offer nice views of greenbelts, trees, or the association pools. There is great diversity within Beachwalk itself. It appeals to young families, couples, retirees, and just about anyone that likes “beach living”! There are many different models to choose from within Beachwalk. Some of the units even have an added bonus room above the garage that many owners have turned into studio apartments.
The complex itself is well-maintained with lush landscaping lining the streets and is a nice distinction from the beach just blocks away. The location of Beachwalk is conveniently located to the Sea Cliff shopping center, Sea Cliff Country Club, Bolsa Chica Wetlands, and Huntington Beach Central Park.
